Our club didn't have a meeting this week, but still had the opportunity to meet and enjoy each other's company through the Fall social event at Southern Tier Brewing Company's Empty Pint in Lakewood. In spite of the rainy weather, many club members attended the mixer, along with their spouses and other guests. In addition, members of the Jamestown Young Professionals were invited to attend.
A special thank you to Emily Cama for organizing the event, along with Sharon Hamilton for selling tickets for the various gift baskets and Lisa Goodell for selling the 50/50 tickets. Also thank you to Southern Tier Brewing Company for hosting us and providing some live music, courtesy of local musician Jamie Smith from the Porcelain Busdrivers!
We look forward to the next social mixer, which will be our holiday party in December.
Finally, please keep Greg, Sue, Michelle, and the entire Jones family in your thoughts and prayers this week as they continue to deal with the loss of Lindsay.
