VP and Chair of DEI Committee, Ruth Lundin introduce the DEI Committee: Chris Anderson, Marion Beckerink, Joni Blackman, Noah Goodling, Sharon Hamilton, Tori Irgang, Cheri Krull, Sally Martinez and Becky Robbins. A short video presentation was shown, which highlighted our club’s history.
Members broke out into groups and answered the following questions:
- What surprised you in the video?
- What can Rotary do to be more inviting?
- What are some ways a new member can enter a meeting and feel valued?
- What are some Big Ideas we can try, to be a more diverse, equitable and inclusive group?
