Zac Hnatyszyn, Vice President of Community Outreach at Culture Care Senior Living, was the featured guest speaker.
Zac leads outreach efforts for Culture Care, a senior care provider serving New York and Pennsylvania with services like Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite Care, and Adult Day Care. He oversees marketing, community engagement, event planning, and strategic partnerships across multiple facilities.

Zac also organizes the company’s participation in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, including team coordination and fundraising. He builds strong partnerships with local schools, churches, and organizations to enrich residents’ lives through intergenerational programs. These programs foster meaningful relationships between students and seniors, bringing joy and mutual learning to both groups.
He also manages the company’s social media, telling heartfelt stories that reflect the dignity and vitality of senior living. His regular visits to the facilities help ensure the mission of care and connection is alive in every building.
Zac spoke passionately about Culture Care’s success, crediting their three foundational pillars: a focus on seniors, their staff, and the broader community. Outside of work, Zac is a dedicated Pokémon enthusiast, married with children, and loves sharing stories about his favorite characters and adventures.
Culture Care Senior Living operates several thoughtfully designed communities—Tanglewood Manor, The Magnolia, Comfort Today, Twin Cedar Senior Living, and Briarwood Senior Living. These communities provide upscale amenities and personalized care and have earned accolades such as the US News Best Assisted Living and Memory Care Award.
The organization also leads meaningful initiatives like the #HereToCare campaign, the “Make a Wish” program for seniors, and various intergenerational events. Their “Culture of Care” philosophy places a strong emphasis on compassion, innovation, and community, aiming to uplift the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of all residents and staff. It was a very interactive time with our guest speaker for the week.
