Membership Committee

Considers all proposals for membership from the personal side and thoroughly investigates the character, business, social and community standing and general eligibility of all persons proposed for membership and reports their decision on all applications to the Board. Recruits new members who will reflect the diversity of the community. This committee informs prospective members about the privileges and responsibilities of Rotary Club membership; keeps members informed about the history, object and activities of Rotary at all levels; and oversees the orientation of new members during their first year in the Club, working with sponsors to engage new members.
